Who we are looking for:

We are currently searching for a degreed Recruiter to join our already established recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Someone with staffing or recruiting experience in addition to headhunting experience is required.

What you will be doing:

This exciting position is responsible for staffing a variety of positions, including Sales Reps in cities across the country, Payroll Specialists, Office Administration positions, Human Resources, and IT. The recruiter will be responsible for developing and maintaining college recruiting programs, attending career fairs, and will be recruiting through a variety of methods such as mining resumes on job boards, internet and social media search, career service websites, and headhunting. This person will also be responsible for some human resources functions, including drug testing, background check, reference checks, etc. Minimal travel may be required.
