OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, February 15, 2008 – Oklahoma City based Paycom has announced its new Sales Manager. Rebecca Oakes was recently promoted to Sales Manager where she oversees Paycom’s rural and metropolitan Oklahoma City territories, as well as districts in Kansas and Missouri.

Oakes joined Paycom in 2004 as a sales representative. After consistently exceeding expectations, she was promoted to become the first National Sales Representative at Paycom.  In 2007, she traveled to Atlanta to aid in the performance of new reps.

Since working for Paycom, Oakes has been named “Sales Representative of the Year” and honored as “Sales Rep of the Month” numerous times. Oakes’ Oklahoma City Sales team is currently recognized as the top revenue generating office for 2008. Oakes earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Central Oklahoma, where she graduated with honors. Oakes and her husband reside in Edmond.
