  • Employees can clock in and out at their desks with web-based time clocks and our optional WAN IP filtering prevents web punches from unauthorized networks like a home computer.
  • Avoid buddy-punching time theft with the fingerprint sensor technology of our biometric terminals.
  • With our traditional hardware terminals you can punch time cards, key in badge numbers, or swipe a bar coded badge in a single or multi-clock environment.
  • Employees can enter their time in online time cards. Employees and Supervisors can approve time cards online as well.
  • Regardless of the time collection method use, all data is transferred via the web into the payroll system.

Better Time Card Management

Easily update time cards with online convenience.

  • Search for employee time cards with missed punches, add forgotten punches, sick or vacation hours, bonus pay dollars and special comments.
  • Use Batch Editing to enter a punch or holiday hours one time and apply it to all employees selected.
  • Run our Punch Audit Report to show every punch and edit made to a time card, including the date and time it was made, who made it, and any special comments.
  • Supervisors and employees can approve time cards online.

Automated Time Off Requests

Not only are Time Off Requests automated, but they’re documented and integrated as well.

  • Eliminate unnecessary paper trails by providing employees online access to Paycom’s Time Off Requests functionality in Employee Self Service. They can view their available time off, enter the request and add comments, and see their supervisor’s response.
  • Supervisors are notified when employees enter a time off request and they can view how much time off the employee has available, and view a calendar report of all time off requests to make sure they remain effectively staffed. Supervisors can Approve or Deny the request and add comments which are visible to the employee.
  • Approved time off is automatically populated on the employee’s time card.
