OKLAHOMA CITY (Nov. 10, 2025) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of cloud-based human capital management software, raised $150,000 for The Mark Divine Courage Foundation through Burpees for Vets, a national fitness challenge that helps veterans get the resources and opportunities they need after service.
For the first full week of November, Paycom employees across the U.S. participated in the challenge, with the company donating funds for every burpee completed. This year’s donation and burpee count surpassed last year’s record-breaking total, demonstrating the company’s continued commitment to supporting America’s veterans.
“Veterans have given so much to our country, and we’re honored to support this campaign once again,” said Tiffany McGowen, senior executive vice president of HR and talent acquisition at Paycom. “Thanks to the dedication of our employees and Paycom’s company donation, we’ve raised more than ever before for this vital cause.”
Funds raised provide long-term, sustainable solutions for veterans, including mental health support, career transition coaching and community-building opportunities.
“We are deeply grateful for Paycom’s continued partnership and the dedication of its employees,” said Sid Ellington, strategic advisor to The Mark Divine Courage Foundation board of directors. “I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing Paycom employees pour their heart into this challenge to help ensure veterans receive resources to thrive in life after service.”
Paycom honors a year-round commitment to veterans through its Military Veterans in Paycom employee resource group (ERG), ongoing veteran hiring, support for organizations like USO and The Mark Divine Courage Foundation, and its participation in the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, which provides transitioning service members with paid work experience.
“Seeing the Paycom family unite to make a difference in the lives of our nation’s veterans, including my own son, is a truly humbling experience,” said Scott Bouma, senior data scientist at Paycom.
