Complete employee assessments with higher consistency and efficiency and less burden

A high-performance way to manage reviews

Performance reviews are necessary, but they don’t need to create extra work for you. Our employee performance management software provides the tools you need to conduct two-way conversations, increase visibility and keep your people accountable as you track their development — all in our single software.

Achieve peak performance

Paycom’s Performance Management tool exists in our single software. With only one login and password, you enjoy a seamless flow of data between our tools systemwide. This allows ratings on reviews to run automatically to our Compensation Budgeting tool, which uses real-time payroll data for quick and accurate updates to employee records for merit increases.

A review process you can count on

Since our Performance Management tool communicates directly with other tools in our single software, you don’t have to manually manage performance reviews and their impact on your organization. This also provides a streamlined process from the moment a review is submitted to when it’s ultimately approved. Performance Management frees you to focus on important things like employee development and retention.

Step 1: Start performance reviews

Once a performance review starts, it flows to a manager and any additional reviewers, if applicable.

Step 2: Employee self-review

Our software notifies employees to complete a self-review. Once they do, the review flows back to their manager.

Step 3: Manager approval

Managers are then alerted to any pending reviews or approvals. Once a manager makes their final decision, employees receive review comments and rating info.

Step 4: Payroll updates automatically

Our Performance Management software sends any relevant data to our Compensation Budgeting tool, with wage changes autopopulating in payroll.

How it works

“Performance reviews and the goal tracking — being able to put that in one central area, it’s so nice to have everything there. You’re able to visually track everything that’s going on.”
