Paycom receives national recognition for company outlook and sales department

Oklahoma City | March 18, 2024

OKLAHOMA CITY (March 18, 2024) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, was awarded Best Company Outlook and Best Sales Team by Comparably, a popular workplace review site with millions of employee ratings. Paycom’s sales team ranked number one overall.

This marks Paycom’s third consecutive win for Best Sales Team and second recognition for Best Company Outlook. Paycom ranked sixth on Comparably’s list for Best Company Outlook for 2024.

Comparably awards are based on anonymous feedback from employees over the past 12 months. The Best Sales Team award is based on sales employee feedback on 16 core culture metrics like executive leadership, compensation, growth, company outlook and more. The Best Company Outlook award is based on employees’ perception of Paycom’s future success, likelihood to recommend employment and eagerness to go to work every day.
