What it Does

Help protect against time theft

Ideal for any industry, Paycom’s Geofencing tool helps ensure time-data accuracy by establishing geographic boundaries where employees must clock in and out using smartphones or tablets. 

Plus, for on-site control of where employees log mobile punches, add our Microfence beacons. Ideal for a communal area, each beacon provides approximately 30 feet of range via Bluetooth®, so you never have to worry about employees waiting in line to clock in.

Easy creation

Setting up a geofence is simple. Enter a Google Maps™-valid address and select a radius. Or batch-import by address or latitude/longitude coordinates.

Configurable control

As the employer, you can choose clock-in/-out times, which punch types to require, whether to block or warn improper punches, and more.

Automatic allocation

Use Geofencing with Labor Allocation to automatically distribute hours across different projects, locations and other variables.

Seamless data flow

Allowable punches captured by Geofencing and Microfence immediately flow to employees’ timecards.
